Unlike therapy, our work together focuses on the present and looks ahead to the future. Sessions are efficient and uplifting - we listen intuitively and deeply to harness your strengths and empower you to create positive change.
Sessions are client-led, ensuring you set the agenda and remain the expert in your life at all times. In partnership, we co-create healthy goals while leveraging your core values and personal strengths in achieving them.
Our work together can address your well-being in any area: physical, mental, emotional, social, spiritual, cultural, environmental, financial, occupational and more.
Please note: I do not diagnose, prescribe medication or provide treatment plans for any disease or condition. With your written authorization, however, I can coordinate with your therapist, psychiatrist or other healthcare providers to integrate your wellness goals or adherence to any care plans they’ve developed for you during our sessions.

Absolutely. Additional services, such as Reiki, Healing Mediumship and Tarot etc. can greatly enhance your Mental Health & Wellness coaching experience. They are available to schedule separately, and/or you may request a modality be integrated into your regular session.

I do not take insurance, however, your sessions may be HSA/FSA eligible. Please check with your physician or plan administrator. I would be happy to provide my NPI number upon request.
Client privacy is a top priority at SpiritWorks Wellness. We use a trustworthy, secure telehealth platform and practice management system that is HIPPA compliant. It also meets PIPEDA, GDPR and PHIPA compliance.
